Who says that your energy levels have to suffer when you're craving a creamy coffee drink? Any fan of coffee will agree that this low-carb coffee is one that is a great option to enjoy anytime that craving hits.
Keto coffee with heavy cream has become one of the most popular drinks among those following the ketogenic diet. This drink is a perfect combination of high-fat ingredients and caffeine, making it an excellent way to start your day. The keto diet focuses on consuming low-carb, high-fat foods to put your body in a state of ketosis, where it burns fat for energy instead of carbohydrates.
Adding heavy cream to your coffee is an easy way to increase the fat content without adding any carbs. The creamy texture of the heavy cream also makes for a delicious and satisfying beverage that will keep you full and energized throughout the morning. To make this drink even more beneficial for weight loss and overall health, many people add MCT oil or coconut oil to their keto coffee with heavy cream.

Ingredients
Strong brewed coffee - Choose your favorite coffee brand and enjoy!
Heavy cream - This creates a lighter coloring and even a lighter texture if you use an immersion blender.
Joy filled eats sweetener - This is my go-to sweetener when I'm wanting to stay low carb and low calorie.
How to make this Keto Coffee Recipe with Heavy Cream
Step One: Combine the hot coffee and the cream in a coffee mug.
Step Two: Stir in the sweetener as needed.
I always add a bit of sweetener, taste, and then add more if needed!
Variations
Keep in mind that these variations listed below are extra options - but that doesn't mean that they're still going to be totally low in carbs, etc. If you want to make modifications to this keto crack coffee, it's fine but any changes will affect the nutritional information of the full recipe.
Add coconut oil - Adding healthy fats to your coffee is a simple way to add flavor! You could also add a little bit of grass-fed butter and store that in as well. There are good health benefits that come from healthy fats. (and making keto butter coffee is yummy as well!)
Dairy-free - You can sub in coconut milk or coconut cream for a dairy-free version. Use a milk frother and create a fun fluffy drink!
Iced - You can easily turn this into an iced coffee recipe rather than a hot one! This tastes great as a cold brew coffee, too. Just add ice cubes, and enjoy.
Irish - Try adding some Keto Irish Cream!
Add whole milk - This will change the overall net carbs and calories, but you can pretty much add anything that you want!
Add unsweetened almond milk - Grab some from your local grocery store and use it to flavor your coffee. I combine almond milk and heavy cream to make my homemade Keto Coffee Creamer Recipe.
Add sugar-free syrup - If you want a fun way to add flavor, syrups are a great addition to low-carb coffee drinks. Keto dieters know that syrups are a game changer! A liquid sweetener is a quick way to change the flavor. I normally use my Keto Coffee Syrup Recipe which has a touch of vanilla extract for flavor. You can even add cocoa powder for a chocolate flavor.
