Pre-packaged food is loaded with all sorts of preservatives and unhealthy ingredients. When you make your own keto snacks, you can feel good about feeding them to your family. Whenever we are heading out, I try to keep some keto cheese crackers or no back homemade granola bars on hand, so we aren’t tempted to hit the nearest drive-thru.
