How To Make Keto Irish Cream
Step One: Put the first six ingredients into a blender. Mix on low for 30 seconds until smooth.
Optional: Adding xanthan gum prevents the drink from separating with longer storage.
Step Two: Add the whiskey and mix for five seconds.
Step Three: Put the bailey’s irish cream into glass jars and store in the fridge until you are ready to drink.
Change the type of instant coffee granules - The original recipe uses regular coffee, but why not switch to decaf or even flavored? It's your cup of coffee, so drink it how you want. You can also use espresso powder.

- 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)
