I love my Vitamix. I had the choice between keeping the S55 or using it for a giveaway. Since I don’t really need two I decided I would like to bless one of my readers with it instead. (Sorry this giveaway has ended but join my mailing list to find out about upcoming giveaways and new recipes!)
Offers the ease and convenience of four pre-programmed settings in a personal blending size, taking the guesswork out of processing our most popular recipes.
4 Programmed Settings
The S55 offers the ease and convenience of four pre-programmed settings in a personal blending size, taking the guesswork out of processing our most popular recipes.
You’re In Control
The Variable Speed Control lets you fine-tune every texture—from smooth purées to chunky salsas—and everything in between.
The containers, blade base, lids, and seals are all top rack dishwasher-safe, making clean-up quick and easy.
Two Blending Containers
The S-Series offers two container sizes—a 20-ounce that becomes an instant travel cup with flip-top lid and a 40-ounce for small batches of soups, sauces, frozen desserts, and more.
There is a little part of me that wishes I kept it because it is small enough to make one drink at a time and would fit better on my tiny countertops. But, the bigger part of me is happy to share the Vitamix love.
Ok, raw cocoa butter. This stuff is amazing! I was expecting it to be bitter like unsweetened chocolate but it’s not. It’s creamy and smooth and I think I could just eat it plain. I’m planning a few more recipes using it between now and Christmas so stay tuned.
You need a small amount for this recipe so a 1 lb bag will make 16 White Hot Chocolates. That comes to less than $1 per beverage. Much cheaper than a fancy coffee shop and much healthier.
Kid approved! I had to wrestle the mug away from her so I could keep taking pictures.
