Trim Healthy Mama (or THM for short) is a meal plan that provides you with healthy, nutritious food that your entire family can enjoy. The eating plan was developed by two sisters who wanted to eat healthier and feed their families better too. Basically, you will need to eat something every three hours. It’s important to say goodbye to sugar, and you’ll need to watch your fat and protein intake.
While Trim Healthy Mama isn’t technically a “diet,” it’s a great way of eating that allows you to be healthier and possibly lose weight too. My readers can’t get enough of these lemon ricotta pie, peanut butter whoopie pies, and spinach stuffed chicken breast recipes.
