The best dips are quick, easy, and full of flavor. This Creamy Chive Dip doesn't disappoint. It has only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prep but is irresistible. My kids kept coming into the kitchen asking to eat my photoshoot.
After school, my kids ask for snack after snack. After they have one of their choice their only other option is vegetables. I like to put out a plate of veggies and dip while I cook dinner for them (and me) to snack on.
This is low carb, grain/gluten/sugar-free, and a THM S. It keeps in the fridge for up to a week.

I serve this dip with vegetables. You can also serve it drizzled over grilled boneless chicken thighs or salad, or with low carb chips.

Hi Taryn, this looks wonderful. Can I use freeze dried chives instead of fresh? Thanks!
Taryn says
Yes, I think so. The flavor would be milder though. I might add some green onions.
