I've enjoyed getting to know my Ninja® Cooking System with Auto-iQ™ and all of its settings. It can bake, steam, saute, and slow cook almost anything. If you've been looking for a one-stop multi cooker appliance for your kitchen this should be it. It can replace several other kitchen appliances saving you cabinet space. This is my favorite thing about the Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ. That I can sear meat or sauté vegetables and then switch it over to bake to finish the dish.
It is almost winter here in the northeast but I know that next summer I'm going to love my new ability to bake without turning on my oven and heating up the house.
The pre-programmed recipes for the Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ are featured in an easy to navigate cookbook with bright photos. I was impressed to see ethnic dishes such as curry and pho along with American family favorites. I can't wait to try all of them. There are more than 80 pre-programmed recipes that can make your dinners a snap. You can choose from quick meals, layered bowls, poached infusions, and grains.
I learn something new every day. I didn't realize that traditional slow cookers only heat from one side. Whereas the Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ heats evenly from 3 sides. The slow cook setting has a temperature control to make sure your meals don't boil over. If you've ever boiled over a slow cooked you know how important this can be. Cleaning up greasy barbecue sauce dripping down my cabinets was not my best day.
The bake setting has a temperature range of 250°–425°F so you can bake cakes, loaves of bread, and more. With the steam setting, you can quickly cook fresh vegetables or saute them on the stovetop feature. The Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ is extremely versatile.

What would instructions be if you don't have a Ninja? Either crock pot or oven?
Taryn says
You can bake it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. Bake until the eggs are set.
