Ingredients

unsweetened chocolate

butter
melted

Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

almond flour

coconut flour

teaspoon
vanilla

sugar-free chocolate chips
or chopped chocolate
caramel pecan sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Let cool to room temperature.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Divide between foil-lined mini muffin tins. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Top with caramel pecan sauce, if desired.
