Ingredients
Granola

pecans
chopped

cup
flaked coconut
unsweetened

tbsp
Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)
Parfait

whole milk Greek yogurt

berries

granola from above recipe

Instructions
Granola
Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
Add the pecans and coconut and stir for 5 minutes or until they are toasted. Remove the pan from the heat.
Add the sweetener to the pan. Stir until it melts and coats the nuts and coconut.
Pour onto a piece of greased waxed or parchment paper. Let cool.
Parfait
Spoon the yogurt into a bowl or cup.
Top with granola and fruit.
Drizzle with keto honey, if desired.

This makes 4 generous servings, each with 6.5 net carbs.
