Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

lemon zest or vanilla extract
fresh berries

Instructions
Add cottage cheese to a food processor. Process until smooth.
Mix in the sweetener. Taste and add additional sweetener, if desired.
Add the lemon zest or vanilla extract.
Divide between small jars or bowls, layering with fresh berries, if desired.

Notes on Sweeteners:
I use my own
blend of xylitol, erythritol, and stevia
in my recipes. This is twice as sweet as sugar. It is comparable to
Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet
and
Truvia
.
