Combine the salsa, sour cream, cottage cheese, and seasoning. Mix well.
Add one cup of the shredded cheese.
Mix in the cooked chicken
Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
