Instructions
Preheat oven to broil on high.
Slice the cabbage into ¾ inch thick slices. Put on a rimmed baking sheet.
Combine the vinegar, oil, and seasonings in a small blender. Blend until smooth. Drizzle over the cabbage steaks.
Broil on high 10 minutes. Flip. Broil an additional 10-15 minutes.
Notes
If you do not have a small blender you can also add the dressing ingredients to a mason jar with a tight lid. Shake until well combined.
