Instructions
Spray the mold with cooking spray. Divide the filling between the cavities.
Blend the eggs, coconut oil, and seasonings.
Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400.
Cook for 10-12 minutes. The internal temperature of baked eggs should be between 165-185. Let cool for 5 minutes and then pop out and enjoy.
Oven
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook for 20 minutes. The internal temperature of baked eggs should be between 165-185. Let cool for 5 minutes and then pop out and enjoy.
