Instructions
Add the cottage cheese to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add the butter, sweetener, and vanilla. Process until well combined.
Mix in the almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Transfer to a bowl.
You can eat it immediately or chill. It is great as a dip right after making. For firmer cookie dough, chill for at least 1-2 hours.
