Mix together the sauce ingredients. Stir in the chicken, cauliflower rice, cheese, and broccoli.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

You can swap in any cooked low carb vegetable for the cauliflower. Broccoli, spaghetti squash, spinach, and zucchini all work very well.To Reheat: Warm leftovers in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on a microwave-safe plate. You can also heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
