Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Put the turkey sausage, peppers, and onions in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, mixing halfway through, or until the meat is browned and the veggies are softened.
Put the egg whites, cream cheese, and seasonings in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the egg over the fillings. Top with cheese.
Bake for 30 min or until the easy egg bake isn’t jiggly and the edges are golden brown.
