Instructions
Heat the oil over medium heat a large soup pot.
Add the onion and cook 3-4 minutes, until softened.
Add the ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned, breaking up large pieces, about 7-8 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cream cheese until it melts.
Turn the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
