Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix seasonings with sour cream, mayo, half the cheese, and half the bacon.
Fold in the cooked broccoli. Spread in the prepared casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake until hot, about 20 min.
Notes
Substitutions: You can swap the cheddar cheese for Monterey jack, colby, mozzarella or any other cheese that melts well. Cauliflower works well in place of or in addition to the broccoli. Additions: Feel free to add in cooked chicken, cooked turkey, other steamed veggies, etc. This base cheese sauce is great on so many things! To Reheat: You quickly can reheat the leftovers in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes or until hot. Another option is to warm it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Once heated through and the cheese has melted, you can serve. To Freeze: Either freeze the entire batch of leftover broccoli casserole in a large freezer-safe container or in individual servings. It’s best to thaw the broccoli casserole in the fridge before warming up.
