Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt, dijon mustard and salt and pepper in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add in the chopped chicken, pomegranate, apple, pecans and green onions and stir to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Scoop a heaped teaspoon of the mixture onto the cucumber discs and serve.
