Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, mix the coconut flour and seasoning. Beat the eggs in a second bowl. Put the chopped pecans in a third bowl.
Coat a chicken tender with the coconut flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the pecans.
Put the prepared chicken tenders on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. This may be as short as 15 minutes for smaller tenders.
Serve with keto friendly ketchup or barbeque sauce to dip.
