Greek Seasoning
This homemade Greek Seasoning is made with oregano, garlic, onion, lemon, and herbs for authentic Mediterranean flavor. Ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 tsp dried basil
- 3/4 tsp dried mint
Instructions
- Combine the seasonings.
- Store in an airtight jar.
Notes
Lemon Zest - You can use fresh or dried zest. When using fresh lemon zest the spice blend will need to be stored in the refrigerator and used within 2 weeks. Dried lemon zest can keep for months in the pantry. You can dry lemon zest at home by spreading it out on parchment paper and letting it sit out overnight.
