thawed or steamed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a deep dish pie plate cooking spray.
Lay the broccoli on the bottom. Sprinkle on the cheddar.
Blend the eggs, half and half, and seasoning. Pour over the broccoli.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and no longer jiggly.
