Ingredients

low carb tortillas

ground chicken

shredded cheddar cheese

smoked paprika

Creamy BBQ Sauce (optional)

BBQ sauce

mayo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475.
Combine ground chicken, cheese, and seasonings.
Divide the meat mixture between the tortillas.
Spread the meat thinly, covering the entire tortilla. You can stop an inch from the end on two sides because they will be trimmed off.
Roll up tightly.
Cut into 1.5-inch slices. Discard the ends without meat.
Put the rolls onto the skewers.
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and the filling reaches 160 on a meat thermometer.
Stir together the BBQ sauce and mayo. Serve with the creamy BBQ sauce to dip.
