Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine the mayo, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon on a rimmed baking dish.
Spread the parmesan mayo over the salmon.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should be 130-135 for medium doneness.
