Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Cut the salmon into 16 pieces (½ ounce cubes). Cut strips of bacon in half.
Wrap each with half a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Season with pepper.
Turn off one burner on the grill. Place the salmon on the grill above the burner that is off. Cooking indirectly helps to prevent a grease fire.
Grill for about 8-10 minutes. As soon as the bacon is crispy and the salmon is 125 degrees they are done.
