Ingredients

butter

tsp
minced garlic

heavy whipping cream
1/2

grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

fresh basil

Instructions
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic to the butter, and saute for 30 seconds.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and bring it to a low boil.
Simmer for several minutes until it has thickened and reduced just a bit.
Stir in the grated Parmesan. Simmer gently for a few more minutes to thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the fresh basil. Serve immediately.
