Instructions
Roasted Jalapeno
Preheat oven to 425. Brush the peppers with the oil and sprinkle with salt.
Roast for 15 minutes. Flip, roast an additional 10 minutes or until softened.
Salsa
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes. Drain the liquid.
Add the lime juice. Serve immediately.
