Preheat the air fryer to 400. Spray the basket or rack with cooking spray.
Add the frozen salmon and cook for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients. Drizzle half the sauce on the salmon and cook for an additional 4 minutes. The internal temp of the salmon should be 125-140.
Serve immediately with the remaining sauce.
