Preheat oven to 400. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cauliflower slices on the cookie sheet, and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over the cauliflower slices, covering the slices in the sauce. Top the cauliflower with the shredded Parmesan cheese.
