My stovetop healthy granola recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make and has just 3 ingredients! It is ready in no time for your yogurt bowl or as a snack on its own!
Add the pecans and coconut and stir for 5 minutes or until they are toasted. Remove the pan from the heat.
Add the sweetener to the pan. Stir until it melts and coats the nuts and coconut.
Pour onto a piece of greased waxed or parchment paper. Let cool.
Notes
To Store: keep the keto granola in an airtight jar or container. It will last at room temperature for two weeks. To Freeze: store it in a freezer safe container and it will last up to six months. Thaw at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.Substitutions: swap the pecans for almonds, walnuts, or any other nut you like. You can also add in some seeds or other ingredients you enjoy.
