Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a large greased casserole dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked to 160 degrees when checked with a meat thermometer.
Notes
To Store: This will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days and can be frozen for 2-3 months. To freeze just wrap tightly in plastic wrap.To Reheat: I normally just microwave leftovers but both pan frying and baking work well to reheat meatloaf as well.
