This Feta & Dill Cheese Ball is a great warm weather appetizer. It goes well with crackers, such as my cheddar garlic cheese crackers, or fresh veggies.
Mix together the first four ingredients. Form into two balls and roll in plastic wrap. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
Optional: Before serving roll in extra chopped or chopped nuts.
Notes
*** I prefer the tang of neufchatel (low fat) cream cheese to complement the feta in this recipe but you can use full-fat cream cheese if you prefer.
