Drizzle the avocado oil (or other cooking oil of your choice) on a large sheet pan. Put the chicken, tomatoes, dill, and zucchini on the tray. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together the topping ingredients.
After 30 minutes the chicken should be cooked through. Remove the chicken to a serving tray. Turn the broiler on. Put the tray of veggies on the top oven rack. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until they are beginning to brown and look roasted. Discard the cooked dill sprigs.
Put the veggies on top of the chicken on the serving tray. Sprinkle the feta mixture on top.
