Ingredients

crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
(about 2.5 oz)

sugar-free dried cranberries

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix together. Shape 4 burgers with the meat mixture.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Put the burgers into the skillet. Cook for 7-8 minutes per side, until the burgers are160 degrees when checked with a meat thermometer.
Notes
Cranberries:
You can
purchase unsweetened dried cranberries online
but it is easy to make them at home. Check out

Salt:
If your blue cheese is very salty you may want to cut back on the salt or omit it.
