Spray a deep dish glass pie plate with cooking spray. Mix together the sausage and coconut flour in the pie plate and then press it out along the bottom and up the sides.
Crack the eggs into the pie plate on top of the sausage. Sprinkle with the garlic salt.
Bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the eggs have set and the cheese is melted.
Notes
Freezing: I don’t recommend freezing this recipe as is. It doesn’t work well to freeze the egg white and yolk separately (as they are in this). BUT, if you don’t mind blending them before adding them then you can freeze it. Quiche freezes well so this step would make this closer to a quiche.
