thawed and drained

Instructions
In a large pot brown the ground beef. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion, celery, green pepper, and chopped garlic. Cook until softened.
Add the broth, tomato paste, garlic powder, and rosemary. Heat to a simmer.
Add the ground beef and cauliflower. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Return to a simmer and serve.
