Combine the cheese, herbs, and seasonings in a shallow dish.
Coat the chicken in the herb mixture.
Brown the chicken on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
Finish in the oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is 160 when checked with an internal thermometer.
