Keto Apple Muffins are full of apples & cinnamon making them one of the best fall muffin recipes, ever. They have only 4.7 net carbs despite using real apples.
Preheat the oven to 350. Put paper liners in 8 holes of a standard muffin tin. Spray with cooking spray.
Stir together the first 6 dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in the apples.
Divide between the prepared muffin tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
