Heat the oil on the saute setting. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasonings and add to the pot. Mix it around to coat the chicken with the hot oil.
Cover with the lid and set to manual high pressure for 2 minutes. It will take about 8-10 minutes for the pressure cooker to come to pressure.
After the timer has counted down let the pressure release naturally for 2 minutes and then quick release.
