OPTIONAL: If you prefer not to use a blender simply dissolve the sweetener in 2 ounces of hot water and then proceed with the rest of the recipe using just 10 ounces of cold water.

Nutrition: The sugar and carbs in the nutrition label are natural sugars from the fresh lemon juice. A serving is half of the recipe which is 8 ounces poured over ice. That will be 3.7 NET carbs.To Store: Keep refrigerated up to four days. Keep in a glass or plastic airtight container. To Freeze: pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 months. Add cubes to other drinks as desired. Substitutions: swap out the lemon juice for lime juice instead for a limeade. Notes on Sweeteners:
