Mix peanut butter, butter, and eggs together with electric beaters until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix again until you have a smooth batter.
Spread half of the batter into a 9x9 pan. Place dollops of jam on top of the batter and then top with the rest of the batter. Swirl the jam and batter together with a knife.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until the edges are brown.
