Ingredients
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 5.3 oz coconut cream (one small can)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp  salt
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the garlic in a food processor or by hand. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

If 10 cloves of raw garlic sound intimidating to you-you may certainly use a lesser amount. Or roast the garlic first to mellow the flavor. We loved this as is.
