This is the Best Chicken Salad with Avocado I have ever tried. With only 5 ingredients it is the perfect easy lunch on a warm day.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • salt to taste
  • lettuce leaves
Instructions
  1. Gently fold together all the ingredients. Start with 1/4 cup mayo and add more if needed. Season with salt to taste.
