Ingredients

frozen raspberries

tablespoon
Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

fresh lime juice

cold sparkling water

Instructions
Combine the raspberries, sweetener, and lime juice in a small blender. Blend until smooth. Add to a large glass and top with seltzer. Stir gently. Add ice if desired. Enjoy!

Notes on Sweeteners:
I use my own
blend of xylitol, erythritol, and stevia
in my recipes. This is twice as sweet as sugar. It is comparable to
Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet
and
Truvia
.
