Stir together the mayo, yogurt, pesto, and garlic salt. Add the chicken, spinach, and peppers and mix well. Gently fold in the avocado.

Pesto Ingredients: 1 cup cilantro leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, cut in half and remove and discard the center of the clove, 1 oz lime juice (1-2 limes), zest from one lime, 2 oz olive oil, ¼ teaspoon saltPesto Directions: Process in a food processor until the cilantro and garlic are finely chopped.
