Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

half and half or 1 tablespoon heavy cream

lemon lime seltzer

drops
watermelon flavoring oil

drop
lemon extract

drop
vanilla extract

of xantham gum

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Own it. You can add more of any of the ingredients to please your palate.
Notes
This has 1 gram of carbs with half and half and 0 grams of carbs with heavy cream.
Notes on Sweeteners:
I use my own
blend of xylitol, erythritol, and stevia
in my recipes. This is twice as sweet as sugar. It is comparable to
Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet
and
Truvia
.
To sub in

use 1.5 times the amount of sweetener called for.
