Easy Guacamole

Guacamole is a favorite in my house. We have taco night almost weekly and avocado dip is a must. I make a super quick five minute guacamole for those easy dinner nights.

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro chopped


  • Smush avocados with a potato masher. Stir in all the other ingredients. Enjoy!
