Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic are one of the easiest side dishes I make for my family. They are flavorful and nutritious. And, before you ask, my kids enjoy them too! Give them a try and you'll see why.
Preheat oven to 400.
Add the Brussels sprouts, coconut oil, and garlic to a foil-lined baking sheet. Put in the preheated oven.
Stir after the first ten minutes so that the Brussels sprouts get coated in the melted coconut oil.
Roast for 40 minutes or until tender and golden. Season with salt.
