Step 1: Make the crust and press into parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish.
Step 2: Make the cheesecake filling and drop on top of crust.
Refrigerate 3 - 4 hours!
Step 3: Whip heavy cream and sweetener and spread on set cheesecake.
Step 4: Sprinkle with lemon or lime zest!
