Great for Thanksgiving. Easy & delicious.

Low Carb, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free

Filling: 12 tablespoon butter ¾ cup sweetener 2 oz heavy cream 2 eggs 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoon molasses *** 1 cup pecans 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Press in crust and par-bake.

Crust: 2 ⅔ cups almond flour 3 teaspoon coconut flour 3 tablespoon cold butter 1 tablespoon cold water

Make the filling.

Simply beat together the butter, sweetener, cream, eggs, vanilla, and molasses until smooth.

Add pecans & chips.

Don't worry if it looks separated. It comes back together as the low carb chocolate pecan pie bakes.


Bake until the pie is golden and only jiggles slightly in the center. Let it come up to room temperature and then chill for the best results.
